The real issue came when I went to purchase my vehicle. I had a trade in, was financing to secure the rebate, and was immediately paying my Tuscan off. During the financing process nearly $10k was added to my bottom line and since all documents are signed electronically, I didn't notice. I was supposed to be emailed a copy of all of the documents I signed. I wasn't. After nearly two weeks of going back and forth with the dealership to get this resolved the dealership did the right thing and took full accountability for their error and successfully resolved the situation. I paid the Tuscan off and then the title was sent to the dealership.. I then received a call from the dealership saying they'd made a mistake, and it would be sent to me. Nothing went smoothly with my purchase, but I love my vehicle, and everything was resolved. ”
