“ My SUV was scratched while being serviced here, which was disappointing (accidents happen). However, I'm giving them a strong review because of how they handled the situation. Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. While I wish the damage hadn't occurred in the first place, I appreciate that they took accountability and followed through completely. I really have to emphasize how communicative Sam was. Never more than 24 hours from a response via email. If you're looking for a service department that stands behind their work and treats customers fairly when issues arise, this is a good choice. ”

“ Go see Dave (David) Kraemer!! Dave is AMAZING, super laid back and not pushy at all. I put an inquiry about a vehicle online and I was super lucky that I received a call back from him that day! I went the following day to meet him and purchase a vehicle. He did not disappoint! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable and HILARIOUS. Normally the car buying process is a nightmare, but not with Dave! He brought energy and enthusiasm, and I actually had fun while I was there.
