Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge.
