Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. While I wish the damage hadn't occurred in the first place, I appreciate that they took accountability and followed through completely. I really have to emphasize how communicative Sam was. Never more than 24 hours from a response via email. If you're looking for a service department that stands behind their work and treats customers fairly when issues arise, this is a good choice. ”
