You won’t have to worry about considering investing in expensive 3rd-party head units thanks to the Hyundai KONA’s standard 12.3-inch touchscreen. “ My SUV was scratched while being serviced here, which was disappointing (accidents happen). However, I'm giving them a strong review because of how they handled the situation. Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. While I wish the damage hadn't occurred in the first place, I appreciate that they took accountability and followed through completely. I really have to emphasize how communicative Sam was.
