“ My SUV was scratched while being serviced here, which was disappointing (accidents happen). However, I'm giving them a strong review because of how they handled the situation. Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. While I wish the damage hadn't occurred in the first place, I appreciate that they took accountability and followed through completely. I really have to emphasize how communicative Sam was. Never more than 24 hours from a response via email. If you're looking for a service department that stands behind their work and treats customers fairly when issues arise, this is a good choice. ”

“ Go see Dave (David) Kraemer!! Dave is AMAZING, super laid back and not pushy at all. I put an inquiry about a vehicle online and I was super lucky that I received a call back from him that day! I went the following day to meet him and purchase a vehicle. He did not disappoint! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable and HILARIOUS. Normally the car buying process is a nightmare, but not with Dave! He brought energy and enthusiasm, and I actually had fun while I was there. Dave took the time to go over the features of the car and how to use them. He truly made the whole car buying process painless, quick and easy.
