“ They started out with 1 of 5 stars but ended up with a 5 of 5 stars. I had a really rocky start with the purchase of my 2026 Hyundai Tuscan. After finally getting the car selection situated. The real issue came when I went to purchase my vehicle. I had a trade in, was financing to secure the rebate, and was immediately paying my Tuscan off. During the financing process nearly $10k was added to my bottom line and since all documents are signed electronically, I didn't notice. I was supposed to be emailed a copy of all of the documents I signed. I wasn't. After nearly two weeks of going back and forth with the dealership to get this resolved the dealership did the right thing and took full accountability for their error and successfully resolved the situation. I paid the Tuscan off and then the title was sent to the dealership.. I then received a call from the dealership saying they'd made a mistake, and it would be sent to me. Nothing went smoothly with my purchase, but I love my vehicle, and everything was resolved. ”

“ I had a regular check-up for my 2025 Hyundai, which is still covered under warranty. Unfortunately, I arrived at the dealership five minutes after the service department had closed for the day, which was entirely my fault. I spoke with the receptionist, Ava, and Ramsy helped me locate my vehicle. They then contacted the service department staff to complete my paperwork so I could pick up my vehicle and drive home.
