Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. Unfortunately, I arrived at the dealership five minutes after the service department had closed for the day, which was entirely my fault. I spoke with the receptionist, Ava, and Ramsy helped me locate my vehicle. They then contacted the service department staff to complete my paperwork so I could pick up my vehicle and drive home.
