I have been coming here for the last 5 years and always the experience has been great. I have been working with Yessenia for a while on my car service needs and she is always transparent on what my car needs and always tries to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They have also revamped their space so the waiting area is great to get work done if you are going to be waiting a while. It’s also in Del Ray so plenty to do if you choose to drop off your car and come back.

Moved from Canada to U.S. and car horn stopped working. Yessenia was efficient and helpful in helping me figure out the manufacturer warranty with Hyundai Canada. Waited for the part to arrived and the car horn is now fixed and working properly. Warranty took care of the cost. Service Director also helped in making sure everything was proper. Thank you both for your help.

I was able to walk in this morning with a windshield wiper problem and Troy, in the service department, said ‘no problem at all’ and took care of my issue the same day addition to a needed oil change!

On a busy and cold day, Yessenia Garcia noticed that my car battery had died in the service bay as I was trying to leave and come back for an appointment later in the week. Even though things were busy, she called the tech and managed to get me in. She and Carlos made it so I wasn’t stuck in the cold for this storm with a dead battery! Yessenia and Carlos and the guys in service have locked in my loyalty to Alexandria Hyundai!
