I was in the market for an EV lease, and landed on the Ioniq 9. I reached out to multiple dealerships, and no one even responded to my inquiry. George engaged with me from the first moment, and was helpful in every way possible. George, Kelvin (sales manager) and Peter (Finance manager) were outstanding to work with! They even delivered the car once the deal was signed. I can't thank the team enough for this effortless transaction. My family and I are loving our new Ioniq 9!

What a great car buying experience! From the moment we met David, everyone was so helpful and kind. I knew the Palisade we wanted was in high demand and despite our willingness to wait, Kelvin et al made magic happen and got it to us ASAP! Even closing was easy and exciting. My SUV was scratched while being serviced here, which was disappointing (accidents happen). However, I'm giving them a strong review because of how they handled the situation. Sam, the service manager, was proactive and communicative from the moment I raised the concern. He didn't make excuses—he acknowledged the problem and immediately began coordinating the repair. The process took about three weeks (some unfortunate/unexpected delays at the body shop), during which time they provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. While I wish the damage hadn't occurred in the first place, I appreciate that they took accountability and followed through completely. I really have to emphasize how communicative Sam was. Never more than 24 hours from a response via email. If you're looking for a service department that stands behind their work and treats customers fairly when issues arise, this is a good choice.

Go see Dave (David) Kraemer!! Dave is AMAZING, super laid back and not pushy at all. I put an inquiry about a vehicle online and I was super lucky that I received a call back from him that day! I went the following day to meet him and purchase a vehicle. He did not disappoint! He was extremely honest, knowledgeable and HILARIOUS. Normally the car buying process is a nightmare, but not with Dave! He brought energy and enthusiasm, and I actually had fun while I was there. Dave took the time to go over the features of the car and how to use them. He truly made the whole car buying process painless, quick and easy. My husband is in the market for a new car soon and we will definitely be coming back to get another vehicle from Dave! Overall excellent experience. Side note: I found out he does stand-up comedy on the side which makes perfect sense b/c he had me cracking up the entire time. He makes the car buying process fun and brings lots of humor and laughs to the situation. Go out and support this man, you will not regret it!!

Yessinia is my go-to service advisor--she is the best, whether it's my Genesis or Elantra. She's improved from an 11 out of 10 to a 12 out of 10. The same for the mechanic who worked on the car.

Bought my car here and have taken it back to get serviced regularly for the last 5 years. The Service Department has always been friendly, efficient, and reliable, particularly Troy!

Having missed my initial appointment, Alejandra was able to get my car looked at as a walk in despite being booked. Due to the urgency of an upcoming trip, I was relieved amdit was completed within a good time. My car was taken care of and washed when completed. Great customer service. I highly recommend. Five stars isn't enough for David Kraemer. Alexandria Hyundai is a different kind of car dealership — they're neighbors. David proved it when he found our dog Snowy wandering Mt. Vernon Ave, took her in, and called us right away. That kind of decency tells you everything about the people who work here. Plus told us about the incredible incentives Hyundai has right now and showed us how much we could save with an all electric vehicle that needs little maintenance and can travel over 300 miles between charges!
